Refund Policy

Draft. This document describes when MarketSkins refunds money and items. Have a lawyer review it before publishing.

1. General provisions

Steam item deals are carried out through a Steam trade. Once the items have been transferred and the trade has been accepted in Steam, the deal cannot be cancelled unilaterally.

2. Selling skins

Money for sold skins is credited to your balance after the trade is accepted in Steam. If Steam cancels or reverses the trade (including because of Trade Protection), the credited amount is deducted from your balance.

If the trade was not accepted in time, the trade offer is cancelled and the order is closed with no credit.

3. Buying skins

If a purchased item could not be delivered, the funds are returned to your site balance in full.

4. Balance top-ups

A top-up is credited after the payment is confirmed. Funds added to your balance are used to buy skins on the site. A refund of an unused top-up is reviewed by support on a case-by-case basis.

5. Withdrawals

The fee shown in the withdrawal form is deducted when you withdraw. A payout sent to the correct details cannot be cancelled.

6. How to request a refund

Contact support through the «Support» section and include your order number. We will reply within 48 hours.
